知识产权与机构限制
Intellectual Property & Institutional Restrictions
欢阅故事屋 Wondertale 的所有内容（音频、视觉、文字）受版权保护。仅供个人及家庭使用，严禁教育机构、补习班或商业组织在未经授权的情况下公开播放或用于课堂。已签署正式合作协议并获得书面授权的教育单位除外。
All content on Wondertale is for personal and domestic use only. Public broadcasting or classroom instruction by any educational institution or commercial organization is strictly prohibited, except for authorized partners who have signed a formal agreement and obtained written consent from Wondertale.
账号审批与使用
Account Approval & Usage
所有账号需经平台审核后方可激活。账号仅限单一家庭使用，严禁转让、分享或租借。若发现未经授权的商业使用或账号滥用，平台有权随时终止服务。
All account activations are subject to review and approval. Accounts are for single-household use only; sharing, transferring, or reselling is prohibited. Wondertale reserves the right to terminate accounts for unauthorized commercial use or policy violations.
服务与退款
Service & Refunds
订阅期自账号激活起计算。鉴于数字内容服务的即时性，账号一旦激活并获得访问权限，恕不接受退款申请。
The subscription period begins upon account activation. Due to the nature of digital products, all subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted.

Limitation of Liability
平台致力于维护稳定运行，但不对因不可抗力或网络故障导致的暂时性停机承担责任。
While we strive for 24/7 stability, Wondertale is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by network issues or maintenance beyond our control.
